These terms apply when you browse, order or purchase Uroclips through this website.

1. About Uroclips

This website and the Uroclips product are operated by UROCLIPS PTE. LTD., Singapore. For product, order or compatibility questions, contact senthil@uroclips.com.

2. Appropriate use

Uroclips is a pair of external, non-sterile reinforcement clips designed for the two hanging holes of selected compatible urine bags.

• Use only with a clean, undamaged urine bag that clearly matches the demonstrated fitting setup.
• Fit one Uroclip over each hanging hole.
• Check that the urine bag can still hang as intended after fitting.
• Continue to use, empty and replace the urine bag according to its manufacturer’s instructions and healthcare guidance.

3. When not to use Uroclips

Do not use Uroclips on a urine bag that is torn, stretched, leaking, damaged, contaminated, or does not clearly fit. Uroclips is not intended to repair an existing tear or damaged hanging hole.

4. No medical-performance claims

Uroclips does not claim to prevent infection, prevent all urine-bag tears, prevent leaks, extend a bag’s recommended replacement schedule, or make a damaged urine bag safe to use.

Uroclips is intended only for people who have experienced early tearing around the hanging holes of a selected compatible urine bag and wish to consider an external reinforcement accessory.

5. Compatibility

Uroclips is not a universal urine-bag accessory. Compatibility depends on the exact urine-bag model, capacity, hanging-hole shape and condition.

Before ordering, review the Compatibility Guide and Fitting Guide. If you are unsure, contact Uroclips before placing an order.

6. Orders, payment and stock

Orders are subject to stock availability, colour availability, payment verification and delivery feasibility.

We may contact you before dispatch if we need to clarify an order, delivery address, colour selection or compatibility question. If we cannot fulfil an accepted paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment is made.

7. Delivery and returns

Uroclips currently delivers within Singapore. Delivery, dispatch timing, international requests and return conditions are set out on the Shipping and Returns page.

Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Uroclips name, logo, product design, website content, photographs, video, product drawings and other materials belong to UROCLIPS PTE. LTD. or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially manufacture, publish or use Uroclips materials without written permission.

9. Patent pending

Uroclips is the subject of a published Singapore patent application for a urine bag reinforcement clip.

Singapore Patent Application No. 10202401460Q.

No licence or right to manufacture, copy or commercialise the Uroclips design is granted through this website.

10. Privacy

We collect and use personal information needed to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and provide customer support. Please read the Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UROCLIPS PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from misuse of Uroclips, use with an incompatible urine bag, use with a damaged bag, or failure to follow product and healthcare guidance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, product, delivery arrangements or legal requirements change. The version shown on the website at the time you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
